SOUTH PETHERTON PHOTOGRAPHIC SOCIETY

Our ANNUAL PHOTO EXHIBITION is on Saturday 16th September from 10:00 until 16:00 in St. Peter and St. Pauls Church, South Petherton. It’s a great way to share some of our pictures with everyone, we aways have a lot of support from local people.

It’s FREE and we look forward to seeing you there!

We are a small friendly group with an interest in all types of photography. We meet on the first Wednesday of the month at 19.30 in the Methodist Hall. We have a wide range of speakers, also practical evenings. We now also have a zoom meeting every third Wednesday of the month from speakers far and wide. Our members hail from South Petherton and surrounding towns and villages.

Members have a wide range of photographic backgrounds, from novice to experienced. What we all have in common is enjoyment in taking photographs with whatever camera with have at hand from phone to DSLRs and in learning a little more of the art and craft of photography as we go along, with the minimum of technical stuff.

We now also have a Facebook page “South Petherton Photographers” associated with the club for members and others to share their photos.
